REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1. Download, complete and save the editable NEW MEMBER 22/23 REGISTRATION FORM (PDF) provided below.
2. Submit your saved NEW MEMBER 22/23 REGISTRATION FORM in PDF format via email to: communications@dcpkids.com
3. Once sessions have been confirmed via email, process your registration fee for the 22/23 school year by clicking on the REGISTRATION FEE link provided below. Payment should only be made upon confirmation of enrollment; please wait to pay if you have been waitlisted.
