REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1.) Download, complete and save the editable SHS REGISTRATION FORM (PDF) provided below.
2.) Submit your saved NEW MEMBER SHS REGISTRATION FORM in PDF format via email to: communications@dcpkids.com .
3.) Process your $60 (non-refundable) registration fee by clicking on the SPRING HAS SPRUNG REGISTRATION FEE link provided below.

Payment is due with email submission of registration form. Please Note: Only one Registration Fee is required per family, per school year. The registration fee is non-refundable.
