REGISTRATION PROCESS:
1. Download, complete and save the editable 22/23 REGISTRATION FORM (PDF) provided below.
2. Submit your saved 22/23 REGISTRATION FORM in PDF format via email to: communications@dcpkids.com
3. Once sessions have been confirmed via email, process your registration fee for the 22/23 school year by clicking on the REGISTRATION FEE link provided below. Payment should only be made upon confirmation of enrollment; please wait to pay if you have been waitlisted.
Active member registration is now open! For best results, please complete from a desktop; forms not mobile friendly.
Please refer to the current session availability listed above when completing your first and second choice schedule option on your registration form. You may indicate any days for which you'd like to be added to the waitlist in the Comments section.
